Always beginning with selecting the right sites, our procedures and tools (such as the CTMS that we use) help us keep our projects’ sites networks unentangled and highly organized. When it comes to Site Management, we let our CRAs speak. They are the primary contact points for the sites. They ensure the communication is efficient and the performance is always optimal. In our opinion, the guarantee of conducting high-quality research is interaction with investigators and building strong relationships with the clinical sites.
