We are delighted to announce another step Ukrainian legislators take towards significant improvement in clinical trials regulation. The Competent Authority reduced an expert evaluation of a clinical trial application from 47 working days to 30 calendar days and shortened the approval timeline from 5 working days to 5 calendar days. This results in significant reduction in time it takes to launch your trial in Ukraine. These changes came into force on 22nd of March 2023 (MoH order No 190 of 31st of January 2023 registered by the Ministry of Justice on 22nd of March 2023, No 484/39540) and present another effort made by the Ministry Of Health of Ukraine to incentify Sponsors to conduct new clinical trials in Ukraine.
