Promote the importance of mental health in your company
Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we couldn’t help but highlight an important lesson we have learned during our 20 years on the marketplace.
The emotional wellbeing of our employees has always been one of the driving forces of GCT success, so it has been highly important to keep it up: personal time, staying socially engaged, physical activity, and eating well can make life much better.
While providing our employees with enough resources to fulfill the above, we also have our own ways to handle the stress on the team. For instance: corporate parties and birthday celebrations, trips together, and participation in local sports events. These activities help us build a stronger team and have a positive effect on the work environment.
Empower Women at Work
In addition to all recent changes in Women’s Rights Under Labor Law, it is crucially vital to support and encourage women in the workplace.
Company policy should allow women, same as men, to unlock their potential, thereby advancing their careers.
We are very proud of the fact that most of the leadership positions are held by women at GCT.
For many decades women were denied the opportunity to participate in clinical trials due to the possible risk of childbearing problems. However, over the last 25 years, the involvement of women in clinical trials has undergone significant changes. This happened as research proved the importance of examining biological, physical, and behavioral differences between the biological sexes.
