Istanbul, Türkiye, 16 October 2025
This week, GCT’s European Directors gathered in Istanbul for a productive and inspiring team meeting focused on strengthening regional collaboration, discussing ongoing projects, and aligning strategic priorities for 2026.
The meeting brought together GCT leadership from across the EU, including new Austrian country lead, who recently joined the European GCT team to discuss key initiatives in regulatory affairs, feasibility, and clinical operations. A highlight of the discussions was the team’s recent success in submitting and securing approval through the CTIS, demonstrating GCT’s strong regional coordination in adapting to changing clinical trial frameworks.
In addition to strategic sessions, the team enjoyed opportunities to connect in Istanbul’s vibrant cultural setting, reinforcing the spirit of cooperation and shared purpose that drives GCT’s success.
“It was great to see our European leadership come together in person to align on goals and reaffirm our commitment to exceptional delivery for our sponsors,” said Eugene Selivra, MD, GCT CEO.
The Istanbul meeting marks another milestone in GCT’s ongoing effort to build a unified, high-performing European network dedicated to advancing global clinical trials with integrity and precision.
