What is your role at GCT, and how long have you been with the company?
I am a Clinical Trials Assistant. I joined Global Clinical Trials team on June 30, 2025.
What does a typical day look like for you in your current position?
My day involves supporting clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the documentation essential for our trials to run smoothly.
What is your favorite part about working in clinical research?
I appreciate the structured nature of the work and the knowledge that our accuracy directly impacts the safety and efficacy of new treatments.

How do you stay motivated and engaged in your daily work?
I am motivated by the constant evolution of the industry and the opportunity to apply my background in chemistry and management to complex projects.
What is a professional achievement you’re particularly proud of?
I am proud of successfully transitioning into the clinical research operations side of the industry and completing my certifications in data analysis and operations.
What is the biggest challenge facing the clinical research industry today?
The industry is currently navigating the integration of new technologies, like AI and automated workflows, while maintaining strict compliance standards.
In honor of GCT’s 25th anniversary, what is one wish you have for the company’s future?
I wish for the company to continue its steady growth and remain a trusted partner in the global clinical trials landscape for another 25 years.
