- When did you join GCT and how long have you been with the company?
I joined GCT in June 2024, and I’ve now been with the company for one year and seven months.
- Which office are you based in?
I am based in the Georgia office.
- Was the job what you expected when you first joined? Did anything surprise you?
When I first joined, the role matched my expectations, but what pleasantly surprised me was how dynamic and fast-paced the environment turned out to be. What stood out most was how smoothly everything was organized and how quickly I was able to integrate into the workflow. The supportive atmosphere and clarity of processes made the transition much easier.

The aspects of GCT’s corporate culture that matter most to me are the supportive environment, the openness to collaboration, and the trust placed in individuals to take ownership of their work. This combination of professionalism, respect, and teamwork makes the culture both motivating and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
- When did you realize that joining GCT was the right decision for you?
It became clear early on that joining GCT was the right decision. Once I experienced the well-structured processes, and the collaborative approach within the team, I felt confident that I was in a place where I could grow and contribute meaningfully.
- How does GCT differ from other places you’ve worked?
GCT stands out for its structured and well-organized approach to work, which makes daily tasks clearer and more efficient. The level of coordination between teams and the consistency in communication create a more stable and predictable workflow than I’ve experienced elsewhere. There is also a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism across the whole organization.
- What motivates you to come to work each day?
I’m motivated by the feeling that my work is meaningful and that I’m contributing to a team that values collaboration and consistency. I enjoy having clear responsibilities and seeing the progress we make day by day. Knowing that I’m growing professionally while being part of a supportive environment is what keeps me motivated and engaged.
- What do you believe GCT’s mission is?
I believe GCT’s mission is to support the advancement of clinical research by providing reliable, high-quality CRO services that help to bring safe and effective treatments to patients. The focus is on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity throughout every stage of a study, while maintaining strong collaboration with sponsors and investigative sites.
- What do you think has enabled GCT to remain successful for 25 years?
I think that GCT’s long-term success comes from its commitment to quality, reliability, and strong client relationships. The company has maintained consistent standards, adapted to industry changes, and built a culture where teamwork and accountability are truly valued. This combination of expertise, stability, and a collaborative mindset has allowed GCT to grow, evolve, and remain a trusted CRO for 25 years.
