Konstantin

Our Anniversary Series’ next destination is Bulgaria. Let me introduce you to Konstantin, our CRA based in Sofia.

When did you join GCT and how long have you been with the company?

I joined 3 years ago. I work as a CRA and I’m based in Bulgarian office.

Was the job what you expected when you first joined? Did anything surprise you?

It’s been a lot more collaborative than I expected. I was surprised by how much everyone actually helps each other out.

What aspects of GCT’s corporate culture are most important to you?

The fact that everyone’s opinion matters, no matter what their job title is.

When did you realize that joining GCT was the right decision for you?

When I saw how much the team cared about getting things right for the patients, not just having all boxes checked.

How does GCT differ from other places you’ve worked

It’s way more personal. You aren’t just a number here like at the massive firms.

If you could relive one day at GCT, which one would it be and why?

The day we finished my first big clinical study — the energy in the office was amazing.

If GCT were a person, how would you describe its personality?

Someone who’s seen it all, stays calm in a crisis, and always has a plan.

Which GCT value resonates most with you, and how do you see it reflected in everyday work?

Doing things the right way, even when it’s the hard way. I see it every time we double-check our data.

How would you describe GCT ten years from now?

Bigger, faster, and using way more AI, but hopefully still feeling like a close team.

If you could describe GCT’s journey over the past 25 years in one word, what would it be — and why?

Steady. Because we’ve consistently grown and improved without losing our focus.
